I read & enjoyed an article a couple of weeks ago entitled How We Changed Our Minds in 2021 (there's a part 2 with even more items). The contributors seemed to have some profound things to say about how they had changed their minds or had some sort of discovery in the past twelve months, and the exercise gave me occasion to consider my own transformations. I found myself wishing, even slightly, that there had been more of them.
I endeavor to have a year where much is different, and much the same. To build on the consistencies I enjoy and that enrich my life, and to disrupt the ones that leave me dissatisfied or indolent. To live more this year than the last, and to choose to change my mind and my circumstance.
